I.NE series chains elevators are new products developed by our company on the basis of similar products abroad, used to lift various bulk materials. It is a relatively advanced vertical lifting equipment in China, which can be widely used to upgrade various bulk materials such as ore, coal, cement, cement clinker, grain, fertilizer, etc. In industrial countries, these types of hoists are widely used, and because of its high efficiency and energy saving, it has become the first choice for replacing chain hoists such as HL and TH. Specifications are: NE15, NE 30, NE50, NE100, NE150, NE200, NE300, NE400, NE500, NE600, NE800. The conveyor chain is a sleeve roller chain, induced gravity discharge, used for vertical lifting of various powdery and  massive material.

II.Features

1.A wide range of enhancements. There are few requirements on the type, characteristics and block size of the materials, it lift not only powder or granular and bulk materials, but the materials of the honing properties. The material temperature can reach 250 °C.

2.The driving power is small. The machine adopts inflow feeding, gravity-induced discharging, and conveying in a densely arranged large-capacity hopper. The chain speed is low and lifting amount of is large. There is almost no returning and excavation, so the production power is small and the power consumption is 70% of the chain hoist.

3.The conveying capacity is large. The series is available in 11 sizes. Lifting range 15-800m3/h.

4.long service life. The design of the machine ensures that the material will not be scattered during feeding, lifting and unloading, reducing mechanical wear and squeezing and collision between materials. The conveyor chain uses a high-strength wear-resistant chain, which greatly extends the service life of the chain and chain bucket. The conveyor chain has a service life of more than 5 years under normal use.

5.Good sealing and less environmental pollution. The advanced design principle ensures the reliability of the whole machine, and the trouble-free time exceeds 30,000 hours.

6.Easy to operate and maintain, with less wearing parts. Very low cost of use due to low energy and maintenance.
