The no-shaft screw conveyor is a new type of conveying equipment developed by our company on the basis of introducing and absorbing foreign advanced technology. The no-shaft screw conveyor has a thick spiral blade which is driven by the driving end and does not have an intermediate shaft.
I.Use
The no-shaft screw conveyor is suitable for the transportation of materials with strong adhesion and viscous materials (such as sludge in sewage treatment), high water content, and slag-wrapped materials (such as domestic garbage).
The screw conveyor is divided into shaft screw conveyor and no-shaft screw conveyor according to the form of conveying, and is divided into a U-shaped screw conveyor and a tubular screw conveyor in the outer shape.
II.The no-shaft screw conveyor produced by our factory is divided into two types: U-type and O-type.
The U-shaped no-shaft screw conveyor has a U-shaped shell, which is suitable for horizontal conveying and can be opened for feeding.
The O-type no-shaft screw conveyor has a circular tubular shape and can be transported horizontally or obliquely with an inclination angle of ≤15°.
The O-type no-shaft screw conveyor has two types of ordinary and explosion-proof type. The explosion-proof type is suitable for chemical system use with functions of air-tightness, explosion-proof and nitrogen flushing.
