II.Features
1.A wide range of enhancements. There are few requirements on the type, characteristics and block size of the materials, it lift not only powder or granular and bulk materials, but the materials of the honing properties. The material temperature can reach 250 °C.
2.The driving power is small. The machine adopts inflow feeding, gravity-induced discharging, and conveying in a densely arranged large-capacity hopper. The chain speed is low and lifting amount of is large. There is almost no returning and excavation, so the production power is small and the power consumption is 70% of the chain hoist.
3.The conveying capacity is large. The series is available in 11 sizes. Lifting range 15-800m3/h.
4.long service life. The design of the machine ensures that the material will not be scattered during feeding, lifting and unloading, reducing mechanical wear and squeezing and collision between materials. The conveyor chain uses a high-strength wear-resistant chain, which greatly extends the service life of the chain and chain bucket.
